Venues: hotels/condos (with approval)
Rates & Policies
Deposit: 50% to reserve; balance due 48 hrs prior.
Reschedule window: up to 72 hrs (subject to availability).
Weather: We’ll call it 2–3 hrs prior for outdoor events → reschedule or studio-alternative if available.
Cancellations: ≥7 days: full deposit refund
3–6 days: deposit to credit
<72 hrs: deposit forfeited.
Waivers: required for all participants (digital link sent after booking).
Alcohol: okay only if venue allows; we do not sell/serve.
FAQs
Do you bring mats?
Yes—included for up to 12 guests. For larger groups, add our extra mat service ($3 pp for 13–30) or guests can BYO.
01What level are the classes?
All levels. We program options for brand-new movers and spicy progressions for regulars.
02How many people can you host?
Most parties cover up to 20. Bigger groups? We’ll add a second instructor.
03Do you need power/sound?
We can run a small battery speaker. Some venues prefer no amplification—no problem.
04Are recovery boots medical?
No—our compression-boot lounge is non-medical and coach-supervised.
05Safety & Insurance
We’re insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue if needed. We bring water for outdoor sessions and follow a heat/lightning policy.
