Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Foundry does not store or retain full payment card information.

Class packages and memberships are non-refundable
Promotional pricing, founding rates, or special offers may have additional terms communicated at the time of purchase
Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Foundry to charge the payment method on file at the stated billing interval until the membership is canceled in accordance with the policy below.
Membership pricing, inclusions, and benefits are subject to change with notice.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, Foundry Collective SRQ enforces the following policies:
Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) or no-shows will result in:
Loss of the class credit and/or
A late-cancel or no-show fee charged to the payment method on file.
These policies apply to all clients, including those with active memberships and class packages.
No refunds are issued for unused classes, missed sessions, or failure to cancel within the required window.
Foundry reserves the right to adjust fees or enforce policies consistently to maintain studio operations and availability.
By booking a class or service, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Assumption of Risk & Health Disclaimer
Participation in fitness, Pilates, movement, or wellness activities involves inherent risks.
By participating in Foundry classes or services, you acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity
You assume full responsibility for your health and physical condition
You have consulted with a physician or deem yourself physically able to participate
Foundry Collective SRQ, its owners, employees, contractors, and instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
